Everything from our shop will be shipped from Toronto, Canada. We ship all around the world. Current processing time is 3-5 business days BEFORE shipping. Canada shipping is 3-7 days, US shipping 5-7 days, international orders might take up to 2-4 weeks. Personalized items might take up to 15 days to process.

Customs

Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import tax or similar. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about customs clearance - customs laws make the importer (the buyer - you!) responsible for these fees.

Shipping Insurance

We are responsible for your lovely new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your package, please let us know prior to shipping. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by Canada Post, we cannot provide a refund.
